I sent off earlier this evening for my free trial and then I happened upon this website. So I immediately replied to the confirmation emails I got from this company about my order informing them that I had read about their scam and wanted to cancel my order. I haven't had a reply yet. What else can I do to make sure they don't take money from my credit card?

    Get in touch immediately with your credit card company/bank and explain the situation. You will probably have to cancel your card. But they are the best people in this instance to help you. Tell as many people as possible about Perfect Radiance Scammers as well.

    I rang them first thing this morning and they are sending me out a form to fill in and they will monitor my account. Still haven't had a reply from the scammers about cancelling my order!

  • I have just received this email from them so hopefully that's the end of it!

    "Dear Customer,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    As requested, we have cancelled your account.

    Please note that you will still be receiving any product that we have already shipped out, but you will not incur future charges.

    You will be receiving an automatic cancellation confirmation e-mail from our system within the next 12-24 hours. We hope that you continue to use the product you’ve received, as we are confident you will see the results you desire. If at any point in the future you change your mind and would like to resubscribe, please contact us and we will gladly reinstate you into our program at a 50% recurring monthly discount.

    If you have any more questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department by phone (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) toll-free at 808 168 3685 for UK Customers, 0011 1 (855) 843 3434 for AU customers, 00 1 (855) 843 3434 for NZ customers or by email at [email protected]"

    Did you have any other problems?

    I have only just signed up and I am now trying to cancel it but i have to wait 24 hours for my account to go threw, I know i have 12 days to cancel it.

    After my last post I received the samples that I had ordered. Got my credit card bill and they were on it at a cost of approximately £6.00 which was fine as that was what I had signed up to. I am hoping that is the end of it. As you can see from the e-mail I posted above they say they have cancelled my order so as far as I am concerned that's it, I'll know when I get my next credit card bill!!

    I also got the form from my credit card section that I filled in and sent back. It doesn't actually cancel the transaction but it means that it is on record that I contacted them and told them the situation, so from the date I put on that form if any more payments are taken, they can claim them back. Hope this is of some use to you and that it helps. It really shouldn't be allowed to advertise like this. Good luck with your situation
