Company “Zhongke dingyue (Beijing) Science and Technology Co., Ltd”,
China, in April of 2017, via its Mongolian rep., Mr. Boldbaatar Tsagaach,
issued several large orders (LOIs) on its letterhead to buy Silver (Ag) ingots
of 99.9% purity in the quantity 300 mt and even more.
For that, as the Seller, was located and sourced a famous Asian plant.
Made corresponding negotiations. But when first order volume was already
allocated to this Buyer, company simply did not follow up, stop responding
on all written communication.
When involved facilitators called directly to the company premises, its rep.
said Buyer changed its mind and did not want it anymore. So, it appeared
to be only time wasting as company really intended for free window shopping.
