A man who identifies himself as Jeffrey Fletcher who went by the name of newlycreation on SPM and has an email of [email protected] tried to scam me. He claimed he was an electrical engineer who lives in Hurlock, MD, but has a brother and a son in Houston, TX. Claims is a a widow of 8 years. Has been keeping in communication with me since Nov 1, 2011. Tells me he had a big contract coming up in Cambodia and that his bank contacted him and told him that his debit card was compromised for $18,300 and his bank account was frozen and this will ruin his trip to completing his project. He told me he managed to receive a loan for $8,000 and a friend who just lost his wife lent him $2,000 but he was still $10,200 short. He asked me to lend him the money and said he would wire it back to me since he was getting 60% of his payment for his project. Since I had already been scammed for $750 I refused to submit to his request. I have pictures of him that he sent me, as well as emails of 2 weeks.
