Avoid this firm. We used the services of Jonathan Davey, QC. After reading our case prepared by our solicitor, Jonathan Davey told us that we had multiple chances of winning. He painted a very rosy picture and we went ahead.
He performed very poorly in court and I cannot believe that a barrister working with Wilberforce Chambers could perform so badly.
It was so bad that we lost the case.
I have read some positive things about Wilberforce Chambers but I will call their credibility into question if they can field a barrister this poor in quality.
Jonathan Davey QC is a con man and should not be allowed to practice at any level in the legal profession.
I managed to speak to other individuals who have used his lacklustre services and regretted it.
Jonathan Davey should return all the money he has scammed from his clients and apologise publicly.
Wilberforce Chambers used to have a good reputation.
