I signed up for a 'free trial offer' from RSD Beautiful skin and RDT Labs. The above address is for their returns. When the product arrived it had nothing with it, no invoice, no instructions on it's use and definitely nothing about returning it in a set number of days or be charged an outrageous full price. When I ordered it there was no reference to terms and conditions and I did not check a box to say I understand these terms and conditions. When the charge appeared on my bank statement. I had to use the number from my bank statement as I never received any documentation on the company. I had to did deep to find an email address. The operator said they could not refund my money as I did not send it back in the time specified in the terms and conditions. I tried to explain, I was not aware there were any but it made no difference. My bank is going to request the funds be returned but this company is a huge scam and the products are horrible. I would have returned them if I had any information where.
