Just as everyone prior to me has said, got the phone call, (meaning they already had my number since they were the ones who called me), took the survey, spoke to a real person who CONFIRMED the phone number, asked for my name and zip code. No biggie. Not sure what's been happening with all of you, but when I went to the website, it did exist, it stated the name of the survey company, and simply asked that I enter the phone number they ALREADY HAD, and my zip code. I didn't get an error message like everyone else is saying, and I actually got a confirmation email. If within 72 hours I don't get the phone call, SO WHAT? I don't understand what the problem is. The company obviously already had my phone number, or else they would never have called me in the first place. All I provided was my email, name and zip code. How can any of that be such a terrible thing? In order to register for this website to complain, you also have to provide your name and email address so I'm not understanding what the big deal is. And look at all of you trying to claim monetary damages! Seriously? How did this 3 minute phone call and few minutes checking out the website cause you any monetary damages? Many of you are posting this today saying you received the call today. If you listened correctly, you would have heard the automated voice say that even if you didn't have internet access or if there was a problem with the website, someone would contact you anyway within 72 hours. So seeing that you haven't even waited to see if you ever get a call, how can you claim false advertising? And like I said, SO WHAT if no one ever calls you. It DOES sound too good to be true so why get your hopes up? Geeze people...grow up. Oh and before you harp on me how this is illegal and what not, I am a certified paralegal, I know the law inside and out. Good luck standing in front of a judge without him/her laughing at you for having any real expectation of winning a cruise. It would be an enormous waste of the court's time and your's for thinking you could win anything from something that harmed you in no way.
