On 06/21/11 this company tried to take out $99.00 but there was no money the bank charged me a overdraft fee i called them and they drop the fee.Then on 07/01/11 they did it again for $99.00 i am on a fixed income so that took out of one of my bills the bank paid it but charged me a $35.00 over draft fee. I do not no who these people are but i have not given them the right to take money out of my acct.

  • They did the same thing to me. Call your bank and get the phone number associated with the charge. Then call them and tell them you did not approve and demand your money be refunded. Don't let them tell you it can't be done. Insist on talking to a Manager if the person does not help you. They will refund the charges in about 3 days.
