I made a free order for their productits a free trial and just pay the shipping fee..i recieved aftr 6 days. I dont know about the 14days trial. I recieved my transaction paper and i was shocked because they made transaction for the two products worth more than $377 CAD. I did cancel the order since i knew it.they did told me that they wont be able to refund so did expect for the refund.I have just known and called their number asking for refund but still they wont be able to refund it because of their policy. I recieved the trial aftr 6 days but second transaction i dont recieved anything aftr 3 weeks until i made a cancellation. I feel so disappointed with this.. i am still hoping for their refund but i already cancel the card i used. I dont know what to do. Please do help.thanks
