I was a direct sales rep for this company for a short period of time (only made one sale to a friend). Anyway, I had placed an order for face cleanser and moisturizer on 8/13/17. They charged my card and have been giving me the runaround ever since about when I can expect my product. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and Lady Godiva Beauty responded with they had supposedly offered me a replacement product or a refund because the product was backordered. They have since stated that they will refund my money, but when I inquired as to when and what form this refund might take they have not responded. This is since 10/23. I have quit the company because of their business practices of taking months to get product to their reps as well as directly to customers. Since I filed my complaint, they closed my customer account and still have my money. I want to warn others about Lady Godiva Beauty. I truly feel like I was scammed in this. Please assist me in getting my $47 refund. Thank you.
