Dear Sir/Madam,

There is no communication from the company and I feel I got riped-off of my $5000 investment with tradersroom.com with address: Bsmt 5, 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York. And Phone: 212-866-5269, Fax: 212-409-8710, email: [email protected]

Before signing up as a customer I was told that payment back into my account would be fast and it would take no more than 7-14 business days. Although, a customer for some time now, I have requested for a withdrawal on several occasions for instance, last February, 2013 and had to patiently wait the promised 7-14 business days. Still, nothing happened.

However this late payment has been over a year now. I have tried to speak several times to "Laura" as I was told she deals with accounts, but she doesn't reply to my messages.

Recently, I discovered they had kept withdrawing money from my balance over $4800.00, ($50) per time and it went all the way down to $3614 or there about. Therefore, I decided to request for a withdrawal or $3000. After waiting for more than four days, I checked to see they CANCELLED my withdrawal request and issued a fresh withdrawal request by themselves for $3500 (on bonus) and $146 (on creditcard). All these, they approved under my name. I have kept looking up my account/Visa card I submitted to them for withdrawal, as they've long de-activated my previous MasterCard, submitted at the beginning. Currently, my account with them appears as $0.00 and I'm yet to see any money in my account not getting any responses to my dozen emails to their company.

I have also called and the company and again I was told Laura is the person to talk to. Recently, their numbers downs connect anymore and they stopped responding to my many email messages.

I do wish to engage your services to recovering my money, as I've seen you have a reputation to recovering loss funds to fraud cases.
