My daughter and I were scammed by FBAStores. We signed up at a 3-day seminar in Denver in Oct 2016. Everything looked legit; they had many convincing speakers and presentations that made us feel we were fools not to join, even one woman that was supposedly a lawyer. We were promised many things we never received. Broken promises. We went back and forth many times with them to get a full refund. We joined the Diamond Enrollment which is the highest level. We were so excited to get going on this, and now we’re struggling financially because of it.
They promised we would be able to buy good products through their warehouse and make a good profit on Amazon as easy as making a phone call. They said they would do all the research for us, so we would know what products are worth purchasing for a decent profit. This is what sold us on joining the Diamond Enrollment. First of all, there was no warehouse or phone number for purchasing. We were then told to seek out other wholesale suppliers and sell from home. If we wanted to search out wholesalers and sell from our home, we wouldn’t have signed up for the Diamond level at $34,995.
At one point, they sent us an agreement they wanted us to sign and send back. After reading it thoroughly, it was an agreement to settle for $0. They denied trying to trick us. I have the agreement as evidence.
Then after many emails asking for our refund, they refunded part of our enrollment fees without an agreement authorized by us, which then caused other problems since they just randomly picked credit cards between us for the partial refund of $19,997.00. We have tried many times to resolve this with them, but have not. This has caused us to lose even more money than the initial membership of $34,995. We can't even pay our credit card bills that were used to sign up. There are many others that have been scammed for this amount and are now struggling financially. We want the full refund.
