On 10/26/2017 A Loan Agent of the company, David Jimmy Leroy contacted us via gmail telling that the company can lend up to US$1.5M within a couple days. The agent's driver's license and the company's profile as a registered active company in CA were provided. The agent explained the only upfront fee to be paid before the loan disbursement was $1,800 (Process fee $840 and Insurance Fee $960) and the loan application process started. However we were requested to pay $3,500 processing fee, $3,000 service validation fee, and $3,000 authorization cost before the loan proceed shall be delivered to our bank account.
One day, we were notified that the loan fund was transferred on 12/04 from Chase, but it was a fictitious confirmation of wire. Following days, David Jimmy Leroy started to tell that the loan fund was held by FinCen because of certain reasons and it will cost $30,000 to lift the restraint from them. We requested factual evidences of such FinCen intervention in the transaction, but they refused to provide the evidence.
They continued to insist that we should pay at least $15,000 to release the fund from restraint order from FinCen, but they have not provide any proofing evidence of FinCen and the basis of the $30,000 fee to be paid by us as a potential borrower. At the end, they never delivered the guaranteed loan fund to us and still refusing the submission of evidence of FinCen intervention. They do not agree to return the prepaid fees with reason. This is a truly malicious loan scammer.
