I had been looking for puppies go adopt and emailed a couple people off of classified adds to get quotes for re-homing fees. Nicki Crawford emailed me about some golden doodle pups of hers that had been adopted but she then referred me to a very close friend of hers who had some pups. Her friend apparently was off on a Christian retreat and she had left Nicki in charge of the pups. It was very a convincing story overall. Her friend had a separate email and that email was [email protected] and went by the name Naomi. She said she had two puppies one male and one female and only wanted a shipping fee. After deciding I could get the puppy Naomi decided I would then go through Nicki for the duration of the shipping and payment process. Nicki would not let me purchase the plane ticket for the puppy or let me drive out to meet her or the puppy however she kept requesting $350 asap through money gram. After sending the money she sent me a VERY vague plane ticket conformation email that did not even contain the booking number or airline for the puppies flight. I logged on to my money gram account and saw that she had not picked up the money. I was confused as to how she bought a ticket and sent me information if she had not even picked up the money to purchase the ticket in the first place. After seeing this fake information I called moneygram and reported a scam before she was able to pick up the money and got a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM [email protected]!! She changes her name and story! be careful!
