I have been dealing with a customers service rep at feefo called Hannah, didnt catch her last name, to summarise, i have sent £2400 in past 12 months with feefo and they have stated they will close my account down. Hannah then given me a call stating if i transfer a small amount of funds into her account she will reinstate my account to which i responded F*** ***. She was under impression i needed feefo more than feefo needed me. You have no right to extract money from my hard earned pocked into your own. I will now blog about this company on over 50 UK and international forums.
