I received my order ….I’m very disappointed…It’s not the shoes I ordered…
They want to force me to keep shoes…but I don’t like them…it’s not my choice…
See the attached files, the photo 1 is my order, the second it’s what I received…
I want my money back, or the shoes that I ordered…and return the bad shoes to their office…

Could you help me?

Maybe some one do something wrong ,but the shoes are simillar with the shoes you want .

I hope you can keep it ,and we will return 10% of the total money as the discount .
Because it will be a big cost if you return the shoes back ,hope you can understand .
