Sometime at the end of October 2017 I made the mistake of asking to receive your special offer. As advertised on the Internet, I received the first FREE package (I only had to pay for the transport / mailing fees); and on November 2nd 2017, DIETCLUB18886729867 MANCHESTER deducted the amount of $6.53 CND ($4.95 US) from my account.
However, I never asked for any subsequent renewals and I found no small print (semi-hidden message) implying that I would receive more of your product and be charged for it. On top of it, considering that I never received any delivery in mid-November I question your charge of $136.00 dated 16 nov. 2017: I am left wondering if you were not trying to steal $136.00 from me
I already sent back the package (for which you charged me $118.91 on Dec. 16, 2017) with a hand-written note on the package asking you to stop sending your product, stop withdrawing money from my account and start refunding all non-authorized withdrawals. I shall do the same with the package received this day.
Please find below copy of the different non-authorized charges which I am asking you to refund:

Therefore, I want you to refund the total amount of $369.77 CND within the next 15 working days. If the amount of $369.77 CND is not deposited back in my account by February 1st, 2018 I shall have no problem in looking foolish: I shall make you some publicity of my own and send copies of this letter to the papers and different TV consumer programs.

My letter came back unopened : "No such address !"
When I sent back the envelops with their product they did not come back ! What can I do? It looks like quite a few people got caught!
