After the payment I asked when my order would be shipped and 2 weeks later I received an e-mail from surfacemedical@eu with information that they was not going to ship me anything. I required to be refund immediately and they have stopped replying me for few days. Yesterday i got an e-mail with information that they will refund me within 10 days. Probably, it is time they need to disappear. I answerd that I want my money within 3 days otherwise I would report to the police. They replied: ‘ you can do whatever you want to do’.
Yesterday my friend pretended to order their products and they wanted the money sending with Western Union to Anna Datko, Ukraine, Kiev.
