Delta dental is unscrupulous in their billing.. and obfuscates attempts to collect erroneous premium billing from them via auto pay operations. Service Rep via telephone is very obstinate even though my bank account records showed all payments have been made. proof of over billing is met with bogus statements like "missed payments" which is not true as auto pay features performs such routinely each month... yet they will not proceed to refund over payments when asked to do so. They implement a very difficult approach to customer service when it comes to over paying insurance premiums. They demonstrate a that they are scum bags when it comes to problem resolutions.
