I signed up on a dating app for a three day trial for 99 cent a day for three days, for a total of $2.97 and as soon as the I completed the form. I received a text alert that my account was billed $21.99. I immediately called the 1-800 number talked to an agent and they canceled my account but said I had to submit a form on their website to have my money refunded. So I did just that. I have not seen any credit of funds. Now come to find out they have been charging my account DAILY for various amounts, $1.30, $1.41, $0.99!! This is now a total of $39.61!! Im a poor college student and I was just trying to meet a nice guy, I didn't know I would be robbed and scammed out of the little money I have to my name. Im so upset. I don't know if I should just file a complaint with my debit card company and cancel my card. It just really sucks to have to set up new payments on everything. And obviously it doesn't make any difference at all that I cancelled my account only moments after I set it up, and I haven't received one single response to my email regarding the charge and that I expected my money back as it was False Advertising. You can not tell customers it costs one amount and then charge another amount. I am livid. I want my forty dollars back... Please HELP me... Tell me what I need to do???
