The person approached me via email and text message proposing a business loan for my company up to $700K. He said the only fee I must need to pay shall be $500 prior and after the loan disbursement. The loan agreement was concluded on 4/16/2018. I had expected the loan should have been disbursed on 4/16 or latest a few days later of the signed date but it never happened.
Every time I inquired the delivery date of the loan fund, he brought new named fees and told those fees such as transfer fees, security fees, administration fees, and VAT receipt fees at the size of $500-$700 and each time he said it would be negotiable.
Very reluctantly accepted those ridiculous undisclosed fees paid, still the same behaviors continued for a month. Despite his repeated guarantee and promise made to deliver the loan fund within 30 minutes after the fee has been paid, nothing had happened. Most importantly this guy kept requesting to pay such fees by iTunes by saying that the confirmation of my payment could be much faster than bank wire transfer.

So far I paid $3,600 in total till 4/25, but no loan delivery has taken place. And today he never responds to my inquiry by phone, by text, and by email despite he has been very talkative and told many excuses of non-delivery of loan.
