The accused mr todd svoboda had taken advance payment of $3600 in lieu of sending medical products - cpap machine. The equipements were never shipped and constantly delayed by one reason or another.

On further probe, it was found that the serial no. mentioned in the packing list of goods by mr. todd svoboda were invalid and were fraudulently written to deceive us. The serial no. when checked with philips online portal were found to be invalid and non existent. When confronted with mr. todd svoboda, he agreed to refund the entire amount but since has been delaying the refung and giving false hopes of refunding the payment.

We want immidiate refund and criminal charges to be pressed against mr. todd for cheating us by giving false serial nos of goods, which he had no intent of shipping and only intent was to run away with our money.
