I purchased a replacement motor for a Dolphin Deluxe 4 pool cleaner Mfg by Maytronics. I had the motor installed and working but part of the connector on the motor broke off, which I discovered this last weekend. I contacted Poolweb about it, first I was told I’d have to go back to Maytronics for warranty on the motor. Maytronics said no I had to deal with who I bought it from. Then I was told the warranty period was over after 30 days, I purchased the motor in April. So now I am stuck with a defective product that was $224 as well as $123 I spent on a power supply I can no longer use.
