I have ordered eBike THE FUFFIAN black Pedelec with bosch performace CX EU version on the website LMBUN.COM and paid Rs 7117.75 thru my personal IndusInd bank credit card on 6 June 2018. The standard delivery time mentioned by the merchant is 3 - 5 working days, but more than one has lapsed, I have not received the ordered material. Moreover, my credit card was charged for Rs.9073.14 by the merchant named FHT TONGCHENG. I now understand that the website LMBUN.COM is fraud and I was trapped in the E-commerce fraud. Kindly intervene and arrange to get my money back from the merchant and take legal action against them.
