I made a $30 purchase on July 12th.
I found this Dress shop on Instagram because they were doing promotion there.
So I went to the website and bought some products.
They promise 3-5 days delivery on their website and in the Ad.
It's been 10 days I never received my package.
Today (July 21) I tried to send the email but it got back to me saying that it doesn't exist.
I also tried to send them a message in chat but nobody replied.
Their website is inactive now.

They moved to this domain at the moment.
https://mqdress.com/
If you check they still have old Privacy policy saying Luxemdress there.
Their URLs have https and they give a lot of links to Google and Spotify in their privacy policy.
But as you understand that is not true information.
They did not replied me on their Instagram account either.
I reported the situation to their chat service company.
This is unacceptable, I want them to stop stealing from people.
Don't care if I get my money back but I want them to be stopped.
