screen locked up with red field directing me to call microsoft. 1 called pc livexpert (18003115954) and was told that my pc had an infection involving porn. the contract i had with pc livexpert ($450 8years for internet serurity) did not cover infections. had to pay $250 to free up computer. pc livexpert assured me that they were part of microsoft security. i think i was scammed
