I ordered a Burberry bag last May 9, 2018 through online store Handbags Store ( email address: [email protected]) with order number 159981. i paid it through my debit card. However, after paying my order, i didnt hear anything from Handbag Store anymore. I sent several email follow up to get the tracking reference number to kow the whereabouts of my email but they never bothered to reply to any of my email.

It's been two months already since i paid my order but until now i still didnet hear from the online store nor received ,my order.
