On Feb 8, 2018 I ordered and received 1 bottle of '' HEMP ALL NATURAL HEMP WELLNESS 100mgHEMP'' oil. A few days later I received a second bottle that I did not order. I immediately called and was told since I didn't call them to cancel within 10 days of receiving first bottle I was charged and sent a second bottle. Was given an RMA# and told to return unopened bottle and would be given a credit to account. Had to pay return shipping. I have called 4 times and have yet to receive credit. Left a detailed msg at ''[email protected]'' and still no credit.
