on nov 15, 2011 a small deposit for $0.05 was deposited twice and then there was a withdrawal for $0.01 twice. somehow fundguarnt was able to access my checking account. there number was also next to the withdrawals and deposits 18884034051. I called the number and the lady claimed that i had applied online for a payday loan which was untrue. she did have my email address information and kept on insisting that i had applied for this loan. we argued back and forth and she told me that my money would be refunded. i may have overlooked these transactions had it not been for them being 4 in a row and me having a computer where i check my accounts. how can this be resolved and how are they able to access my account information.
