Had ordered good shoes (Rag & Bone Women Compass II Black Boots) worth 100 euros, but instead received Chinese shoes of very poor quality, they stink of turpentine, worth 5 euros. I could not restore any contacts with them, all my letters and requests were not answered! The purchase was in beginning od October , but parcel received in mid of December 2018.
