This company scammed my elderly father and took an unauthorised payment of £49 from his credit card over the christmas and new year holidays 2018. He came home from visiting family only to find the company had sent 2 additional items that he had not requested and had taken the funds out of his credit card account without his consent or permission. We shall call for the payment to be returned by the credit card based on the transaction being unathorised by the card holder and having submitted this complaint form in support.

The customer service line is always going to voicemail and obviously is not being manned from a physical location, and we are guessing its operating as a virtual office administrator on behalf of this overseas company.

We are not at all happy with the distribution of the goods sent and have found it extremely difficult to get a return delievery address having gone online and the original postage print is faded and the details printed on the postage labels are illegible. All postage and packing costs sent from UK to return item back to original sender must be reimbursed.

This is totally unacceptable, and we require compensation for stress and inconvenience caused, and this company must delete all details from database forthwith upon receipt of returned items sent from surname: Kontor; postcode: E10 5GP; Ref: 53204-ST - Contact details for reply to this complaint is surname: Adom Email: [email protected]
