I entered my information on their website online thinking that it was directly related to a DMV search for my area. However, I didn't realized that when I clicked enter that it charged me for something. They wouldn't authorize a full refund on transactions and also said it would take 7-10 business days for even part of my purchase to be refunded. You have to go through a "third party affiliate" to contest anything and file a complaint, which is bullshit because those folks have nothing to do with the actual company or website operation.
