This vendor initially charged my card in mid-2018. I researched the charge and saw that I did NOT authorize the charge. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and then disputed the charges directly with the company. The charges were reversed and credited to my account. I instructed the vendor to immediately take me off of any list, and to remove me from their database. Fast forward to today, and I was charged another $19.95 on 2/10/2019, and another $19.95 on 2/11/2019. I disputed the charges again, as I did not sign up with this service, and certainly did not authorize these charges. I called the customer service number, which is located in the Philippines, of course they're not located in the US, and again instructed the charges to be removed, and for the company to remove my name and information from their database. I asked the representative how they were able to get my card information, and I was told it was part of the terms of agreement for some health products I have ordered online. Um, I have NOT ordered any health or well-being products online. To date, I have been charged three times for a $19.95 charge, and have, at this time, only received a credit for a single $19.95 charge in 2018. This website and place is a SCAM. I am also reporting this to the FCC and the BBB. Ridiculous.
