I placed an order on November 8th, 2018 with NAW for a Custom Full Enclosure Cover for my 2012 Pontoon Boat - I paid $4,267.00 on that date. I was ensured I would have the cover within a month but did not receive it until February, 2019. When I did receive it it was wrong - it was 4-" too long. I followed their specific instructions and provided the exact measurements for the custom cover including pictures of my boat. I hired an expert here in Atlanta to confirm NWA was at fault. Catherine at NAW said she would work to make it right on February 8th, but on February 28th she emailed to say it was my issue and that I would have to have it redone. The expert I hired told me it wasn't even fixable that it would be costly and that a new cover would have to be made. NAW are accepting no accountability for the issue.
