July 2018 = I was contacted and told that someone was using my email in Ohio. I was bamboozled by these hackers. First I authorized $498 to fix the security breach on my email. Then, in November they convinced me to add another level of security for another $389. I tried calling them this weekend since I had some weird things popping up. All of their support hotline numbers are disconnected. The good news is the last charge was on a Chase card and they are going to refund 80% of that charge. So now, I have to fight to get the $498 back. I talked to Nexway today and they said that they would have a hard time getting a credit back for that since it is over 6 months old. But, get ready, I am gunning for you guys. I reported the first charge to my Mastercard account and they are working on the refund also. Stupid is as stupid does, and I feel stupid for falling into their art of deceit. Be careful everyone out there... they are very deceptive.
