We Ordered for 330ML PP Cup Ready to Drink Coffee.
They sent to us the Proforma Invoice for USD 19,310.00 and requested us to pay50% Advance for USD 9,655.00.
We Paid the Same on 19th October 2020.
After 2 Weeks, they come back to us explaining that their Machine broke down and asked to us buy something else in Cans.
Example : You request for Toiler Paper and They offer you Sanding Paper.
We Refused and they asked for time, but failed, Since then we have been requesting for refund and they too agreed to pay.
Return Request they wanted in official letter head and this was emailed on 14th December 2020.
Now the date is February 09th 2021. Still Refund has not been received and they keep asking for more time.
