They never told me there was a charge. I saw it on my on-line bank statement -
I never expected any kind of charge since I hadn't signed anything. Then there is was - $57.61 on my bank statement. I called them immedately and was told that I would receive a refund of $40.00 - Not $57.61 - $40.00. Well, I thought that was bette than nothing, but have not seen a deposit yet. The name of the company doesn't even sound familiar. What can I do?
