International boundaries

• I placed my order online on 15/10/11 for both the Extreme Meta Burn and Advanced African Mango products. My shipment ETA upon placement of order was 21/10/11
• I did not receive my shipment on 21/10/11 and therefore patiently waited for my shipment
• I realized that my credit card was debited a total of $82.08AUD on 1/11/11 for Advanced African Mango product and $75.21AUD on 3/11/11 for Extreme Meta Burn product – at this point I became alarmed that I had been charged and still hadn’t received my products
• I phoned customer service (+61 2 9191 2796) on 4/11/11 and spoke with Alex, during this discussion I advised her that I would like to cancel and future shipments and that I am still awaiting my original shipment and that I am keen to receive it. She advised that she thought there was a problem with the shipping company and would investigate further to ensure my shipment was dispatched. I advised that I would like a return phone call ASAP regarding this matter and whilst she was initially reluctant, she agreed to ensure her manager/supervisor would call me within a week to follow-up.
• It has now been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone – I still don’t have my products and I am very frustrated. I attempted to phone customer service again this morning at 10:30am local Sydney time, and after being placed on hold for 10 minutes a voice recorded message advised that I was calling outside office hours and that I should try again later.
• In frustration, I have now written an e-mail to their customer service. If I do not hear back from anyone within the next 48 hours, I will assume my suspicions are confirmed and I have been scammed and will be contacting my bank to take action to recoup my money.
