Bought some cream from a web site for a cheap introductary price. Seemed genuine site and cream arrived etc. Just spotted an unauthorised amount of £93.98 has been taken from my credit card on 5/11/11 from the above company. Can't seem to find them on the web and no email trail, as I clicked on a pop up on another site. Might have been Manchester Evening News site?
Any ideas?

Update: 11/21/2011
Having checked my UKcredit card statement, I've found another amount of £91.40 (GBP) had also been taken from my CC account. CC company say they can't refund the money, but can stop further amounts from today?
What can I do?
