Most of it occurred between 2007/10 through Computer, Mail, Credit or Bank Fraud and then offers of Compensation from various places, and I just received two from Nigerian Government. I even received money grams from a place of employment California cashed through Bank and then told they were Fraudulent. Hired by a shopping scam and received payment for work so I cashed and was fraudulent, Scammed by Capital One, and others over a buy your credit card. I won in court, but got nothing because of some Law, and still list on credit report. I have fought credit agencies for over 5yrs and nothing because they have it listed I haven't done nothing. I have had to contact FBI, State Police, Sheriff's Dept, and City Police to stay out of trouble, but I have against me- Over Draws, Bad Checks, Bad Credit, Bad History, and so on, and because I have a Physic Illnesses from Combat during the Vietnam War I feel like a failure, but I did by and pay for my home on Contract for Deed (never late or missed payment in 2yrs). All I can add is be very careful before you jump into any thing, check it out first, and if you did take a loss avoid compensation or refund charges (pay) to get your money back. Fred Price.
