Contractor quoted work to be done on hail damaged roof and siding on my home in Olathe , Ks. I am an unemployed quadriplegic father of two. Dan Casey drew my wife and I in by offering me a job with his company and also saying he was going to give us an upgraded roof and siding from what was covered by the insurance check. It has now been six months from when he first received his start check of $13,259.00. He has given us every excuse in the book as to why he can't get to our house and do the work. Finally he said he would just give us our money back instead of doing the work but we have seen nothing from him. We can't afford to fix our roof without the insurance money and I am worried that we may have much more damage from water leaking in.
