They are saying we agreed to advertise in their yellow pages.
My manager picked up the phone and the person on the other end asked questions like are you the manager? Are you authorized to make decisions about your phone bill? Questions that would make him answer yes. They recorded the responses and I believe the questions were changed and the responses added. They have threatened to file a suit against us. I've filed a complaint with the State of New York, Florida, and Michigan. The person calling is Tom Chase who works for The Castle Collection Agency. 866-928-6410 ext 609
