It regards to my vehicle, a silver MAZDA, 6. I have been dealing with Reconditionedengines.co.uk also known (although I didn't know at the time) as Bray Engineering of 169 Brent Road, Southall, Middlesex, UB2 5LE. Contact No; 020 8744 7007 or 020 3384 6840. First made contact in August 2011, I checked the site, spoke to the people, was offered a tour etc etc. On the 19th, with an agreed cost of £1700 (including VAT) I said go ahead and they promptly picked the car up on a flatbed and took it away. On the 26th Aug I got a suprise, the price had escalated to £3278.00. Apparently I needed another engine block! I have paid £500.00 into the first account: Account Name: Bray Engineering LTD Bank: Santander Account Number: 87251885 Sort Code: 09-01-27 and have paid a further £1,500.00 into the following account: BANK ACCOUNT: BANK OF BARODA COMPANY NAME: BRAY ENGINEERING LTD. ACCOUNT NUMBER:92000426 SORT CODE:60-93-74 Although I have tried in vain to contact them, email and phone calls, I have had no response. To-date, there is a total of £2,000 with VAT added and I consider that I had my monies taken through deception and consider my car as stolen!
