I was looking to find out about how to get grants from Grant resource center and was asked to pay 1 dollar for shipping for the information package. I did not agree to 3rd party sharing. I never recieved the info package as of 11-22-11, instead my card was charged 59.67 by grantassist. I called 888-632-5590 provided from my bank and was told I couldn't get a refund, but could use the site for three months which I did not agree to. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was Hung on. I went to the site to make a complaint and was unable to log in
