I have had to go to the extreme lenghts of closing my bank account and moving to a totally different bank because of these scammers taking various and random amounts of money out of my account whenever they felt like it and never sending out ANY product at all. I have reported them as a major scam here in Australia!
The only way that I have been able to stop them is to close my account and open another one with a totally different bank!
