On 11/15/11, they added. $0.03 to my bank account. On the same date, then took it out one cent at a time. On 11/18/11, there was a draft from my account for $30.00. None of this was authorized. Evey time I call the number, 888-467-4349, I am on hold for extended periods of time, the number doesn't work, or it hangs up on me. I am sitting on hold with them again right now. There has to be some way toget my money back.
