I got really stupid! Answered an ad for income at home, and as I am retired, on a very limited income, and age 82, I was trying to make life a little easier. Afrer an hour's phone conversation, I thought I had the picture - nervously maxed out my credit cards to participate -and started the waiting process.
Since then, I have been able to contact in any maner; they don't answer phones, they don't respond to e-mail, they have broken appointments for phone conferences, there is zero coming from them.
The did put up an internet blog in my name, but it is decoration only, not active in any way.
So THEN I investigated; the company is 3 people, they have a long list of complaints against them, many warnings that they are a scam, a BBB rating of F, and a history of non-communication. One or two letters are complimentary (but anonymous, and likely written by themselves.)
I have endangered my health and income by this gullibility, and am furious at myself. I want and need my money back - big time!
