I applied on line for a 100day cash loan. I wanted $1,000.00 but received $400.00. I requested a copy of my note. I was ignored.
Right away, $120.00 was out of my pay. from April into Sept. . I received threatening scam calls from various men with Hindi accents and Irish alias names a a Woman that had a Ivory Coast accent. They stated they were FBI advising me to pay them Western Union $410.00 immediately to avoid a Court case for internet fraud!!! I advised the Charlotte , N.C. FBI but they had no interest. They sent me to the FCC . After they took a report they sent me to The FTC which half A-- took my report and sent me to the Credit Bur. then I changed my Debit Card and called the org. that was collecting. They said my contract was on line and that they sent no literature. I blocked payment to them after paying them almost 700 dollars. Nov. 2 they filed a company issued electronic check for another $575.00 dollars. It threw my account into conniptions. My auto insurance and home insurance checks bounced and My bank did not pay them either. The lending outfit advised that 100dayloans gave my personal financial info all over the world. I'd highly advise no one using this "Soprano" type outfit.
