i have been scammed by this company also. i contacted my bank and they say that i cannot get any money back (£205.94) because i agreed to the terms and conditions. i thought i was covered by chargeback scheme, but apparantly not. have i been informed correctly? anyone know any more?

- I'm not familiar with the chargeback scheme as I am not in the UK. You can see by reading posts here that others have had no problem getting their banks to work for them for a change. If the T&C's were in large print, no one would be in this position or is it that 100's if not 1000's of people are blind? I would print a few success pages and confront your bank with them. Threaten to list the bank on a bad service website. Last resort, vote with your feet and go to another bank. Sad. Keep pegging away, good luck.

- You can do as others have done and demand repaymnt rom the company, threatening them with police and lawers.
