I too was duped by this company , i ordered the FREE TRIAL and no where on this advert did it say that i would be entered into a recuuring payment, they have taken £161.75 from my debit card, i have tried phoning their customer service number several times to cancel but the line is always dead, i have sent many emails to perfect radiance but only get a standrd reply saying they will get back to me in 48 hrs or more , i emailed revitaderm but the emails are not recieved by them. This company needs to be stopped , the banks know they are doing this to thousands of customers but yet they refuse to stop the payments going from the debit card, i pray to god that someone helps me with this, its the hardest fight ive had to endure

- I've also been scammed with this company.the bank gave me this number to contact them 0808 1683685. I got through to them with this number. not much hope of seeing my money again. a stupid & costly mistake I wont be falling 4 again, Have'nt got that kind of money to lose.

- I too ordered the trial samples of this cream and gel - when I read about them on here, I emailed them telling them not to take any more monies from my account - they emailed back saying they had cancelled my order and that they would not be debiting my visa card - so far, so good. What made me smile?? was the fact that they had cancelled my order, what order?? Like everyone else it was to trial these creams - no mention of recurring monthly payments for more of the products. Can't see anyt difference in my skin anyway after using them for 4 weeks. Won't be ordering trials of anything online any more.
