The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
They will not return purchases in the form that they were purchased in. They do not seem to understand that a debit card purchase is like cash -- it should be returned as a debit return using your pin number, or be given the option of cash.
Their employees make random, stupid statements that show they don't even understand the difference.
What I found is that "stores" do say similar things like it's returned "based on the signature". Can't figure what that would mean since a signature was not used for the purchase.
What it really means is that the company got their funds immediately, BUT WON'T GIVE IT BACK FOR DAYS -- SO FAR IT'S 4 DAYS AND NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.
That's unfair!
